Description:
Some Clients may ask - how to create a sharing vehicle position link in a certain language. In those cases, please follow the procedure steps explained below.
NOTE: This instruction also applies when Client wants all system, modules, and reports information to be displayed in a particular language.
Required information:
Web user name or ID
Needed language name
Steps:
How to display information in the selected language?
1 - Login to the Client Web user.
2 - In the upper right window corner press on the Account name.
3 - Press on the Account settings.
4 - In the left side menu click on the System configuration.
5 - Choose the needed language.
6 - Press the Save button.
NOTE: The system will automatically display the respective date format according to the selected language.
How to generate a vehicle position link?
1 - Login to LCM (Locator Control Manager).
2 - Open Web users tab.
3 - Search for the needed Client web user.
4 - Press View / Edit.
5 - Click Login to TT2.
6 - In the opened window right upper corner click on the Account name.
7 - In the drop-down menu press on Generated links.
8 - Click New link.
NOTE: Links can be deleted by marking the check boxes next to unwanted links and clicking the “Delete selected” button.
9 - In an opened window choose the vehicle and fill in the needed information.
10 - Press Share.
