How to create a night driving violation alert?

Description:

Some Clients may ask to enable/activate night driving violation alerts for them. In those cases, please follow the procedure steps explained below.

Required information:

1 - Web user ID or name.

2 - Client ID or name.

3 - What should be the triggered event start/end time? For example:

4 - Should the alert be sent every day of the week or only on specific days?

5 - How and with which priority the Client wants to receive notifications?

NOTE: it can be changed anytime. For e. g.:

NOTE: after the alert is set, do not forget to assign the needed vehicles to these alerts by clicking "+" next to "Vehicles". For e. g.:

Steps:

1 - Log in to your Trust Track account.

2 - In the left side menu press on Events.

3 - Click on New event.

4 - You will see a Create New Event window like in the screenshot:

5 - Then, fill in the needed information.
6 - Condition should be set to Ignition and Ignition should be set to On.
7 - Choose when you want an alert to be triggered (at the start of the event, at the end or both).
8 - Choose the needed days and time when an alert should be triggered.
NOTE: If you want to choose different time (hours) on working days and weekends, you should create two separate events.
9 - Choose how you want to receive notifications about alerts (by SMS, system notifications, or email).
10 - Press Create.

Expected outcome:

After all these steps, the Client will start receiving the alerts/SMS when the driver works after the set period of time (for e. g., at night).
