If task settings are configured to send notifications, the system should send them to the user as soon as possible after the task completes, under the specified notification sending conditions. When the system sends email letters, it should send them to all email addresses entered in the "Email address" field.
If task type is:
"by mileage" or "by working hours" then system should send notifications for every task and every vehicle one by one.
"by date" then system should send one notification for all vehicles in one task which fulfills notification sending condition and near tasks were entered same emails address.
There are three different types of email letters:
alert emails - emails which should be sent, when task fulfills conditions which are entered in task alert settings;
information about that task could be confirmed - should be sent when task is competed more than 80 %.
information about that task was confirmed - should be sent when task was completed.
Therefore, based on the service settings, if the client enables notifications, they will receive three email notifications.
