Ontrack application. New user creation.

The OnTrack app is a mobile app that allows the driver to communicate with the dispatcher, exchange information, and manage assigned tasks.

Tablets bought from Ruptela, already have preinstalled OnTrack application.

Follow these steps to create new user and connect to Ontrack app.

1- Login to TrustTrack – real-time GPS tracking platform – Ruptela with Your credentials and create driver (if no drivers created before)

1. Click on drivers on left side navigation menu

2. Click on +New driver

3. New window will pop out, where You will have to fill new driver information (First name, Last name)

4. After new driver information is filled, click on Save.

2- After creating new driver, click on Create user for Ontrack driver app

3- A new window will pop out, where You will have to create Username and password for Ontrack app.

1) Fill Driver Credentials boxes for Username and Password

2) Click on Save

4- Move Your mouse over Ontrack driver app username, and You will see Client ID. ID will be necessary for login to the application.

5-After downloading Ontrack application to Your device, login with Your credentials:
