The article explains what to do when clients ask for TrustTrack2 App download links for their mobile phones/tablets.
TT2 App can be downloaded on mobile phones or tablets. However, it is not applicable to stationary or personal computers. On PC, TT2 can be accessed only through a web browser.
TT2 App download links for different operational systems:

Huawei (AppGallery): if a client uses a new generation of Huawei phone, it can be that it does not have Google services (which means it does not have GooglePlay and uses its own app store called AppGallery). Thus, the only way for a client to download the TT2 App is to install it manually. Support specialist should create a GUI consultation in JIRA for receiving the TT2 App APK file, provide it to the client and ask to install it manually. NOTE: by installing the TT2 App this way, a client will not receive automatic updates, so she/he will need to receive an updated APK file every time a new version of the TT2 App comes.
