1. Check the Supported Vehicle List
Go to vehicles.ruptela.com and find your vehicle by make, model and year. Some vehicles have separate entries per generation or region – choose the one that matches your vehicle. Each entry lists the supported parameters (IOs), the connection method and installation instructions.
Connect and configure the device exactly as described. We can guarantee correct operation only with these instructions. An incorrect EasyCAN connection or configuration can affect the vehicle.
2. If the data is not received
If several connection methods are listed, we cannot predict in advance which one will provide the data. Test with the latest firmware.
Some vehicles provide only limited data via OBD.
You can check what the device receives in Advanced Configurator → Live IO data. Data is received only after the device detects ignition.
3. Your vehicle or parameter is not listed
If your vehicle is not in the list, or the parameter you need is not listed for your vehicle, we cannot guarantee that it will be read, even with EasyCAN.
Contact support and include:
vehicle make, model and year
the Ruptela device you use
the connection method (OBD, CAN, EasyCAN)
the parameters you need
Our team will check the available options.
