Answer:

IO 117 shows current accumulated driving times for driver 1 and driver 2 for the current and previous week (Bi-week).

For example:
if we get an output 0x0AF3042D, it should be parsed like:
The first two bytes represent Driver1 bi-week accumulated time:
0AF3 = ‭2803‬ minutes
The last two bytes represent Driver2 bi-week accumulated time:
042D ‭= ‭1069‬ minutes
