As of October 30th of 2025 there has been a new module introduced inside TrustTrack
The Dispoplan dashboard provides a comprehensive operational view of vehicles, combining location data, route progress, active trip information, and driver parameters. It replaces the Morning Report with a more dynamic, scroll-able dashboard offering real-time insights for dispatch operations.
Dispoplan enables users to track multiple vehicles simultaneously and customise the dashboard by adding or removing columns to display only the information that matters most to them.
Dashboard Content
The dashboard is a horizontal table containing the operational and trip-related data for each object. Displayed parameters include:
Core trip and vehicle data
Object name
Trip name (clickable)
Driver
GPS position
Current location (copyable by one click)
Distance & ETA information
Distance driven
Distance left
ETA to next point
ETA to final destination
Routing & Tasking data
Next point address
Route timeline (graphical icon sequence)
Offloading points (unloading only)
Driver time & work parameters
Shown similarly to the Vehicle Dashboard:
Remaining driving times
Remaining working time
Driver’s day started
Next daily rest
TCO parameters
Next weekly rest duration
Predicted remaining drive/work time after offload
Vehicle operational data
Fuel level
Compensations (If available)
Column Settings (3-Dots Menu):
Pressing the ⋮ menu at the far right opens the Column Settings panel.
The panel supports:
Enabling/disabling columns
Rearranging the order via drag-and-drop
Searching for column names
Saving changes with Confirm
This defines the visible structure of the dashboard but does not impact data calculations.
