Inside TrustTrack - Time analysis tab, there is the option to retrieve driving times directly from the tachograph, instead of relying only on server-calculated data.
Once this feature is active you can notice an indication string “Tachograph live” attached below the driving times:
In-order for “Tachograph live” pop-up to be visible inside TrustTrack for driver times, the Ruptela device needs to receive data from the following TCO_CAN I/O’s parameters (These parameters need to be enabled inside the configuration of the device):
TCO_CAN Remaining Drive Time on Current Week
TCO_CAN Remaining Drive Time on Current Shift
TCO_CAN Current daily driving time
TCO_CAN Current Weekly Driving Time
It is also important to note that the tachograph itself must provide the data for the above mentioned I/O’s.
For example:
“TCO_CAN Remaining Drive Time on Current Week“ , if we look at the FMIO list you can see that this parameter is not available for Stoneridge tachographs:
On the other hand „TCO_CAN Current daily driving time“ is not available for VDO tachographs:
So some specific inputs might not have the ability to display „Tachograph live“ pop-up simply because the tachograph itself does not provide data for these parameters.
As an example:
