Firs of all, it is worth to remember the most important conditions for the correct download of the tachograph .DDD files:

1) Downloading should be carried out with the Ignition constantly being ON and connected to the tracker wire Din4 (Din4=1) throughout the entire download process:

2) During the entire download of tachograph files, the card of the company that owns the right to download the tachograph files must be connected, the computer must not go into "sleep mode", the card must not be disconnected until the files have been successfully downloaded (in this case, the card must have an unexpired period of use).

3) It is important that after the successful download of the tachograph files, the "icon" of the downloaded file should be on a white background, because if you see that the downloaded file is highlighted in red like below:

, this indicates the need to download the tachograph files again, since an error may have occurred during the download process (which could be due to turning off the Ignition and the tachograph itself during the download process or due to temporary problems with data transfer if the vehicle was in a region with low-quality GPRS / Internet connection).
