Does firmware of devices, TCO4HCV, HCV5 and HCV5light need to be upgraded?

From TT side it is supported by tacho APP version 1.0.18: https://doc.ruptela.com/articles/#!downloads-publication/downloads-home
TCO4-HCV is no longer developed. It will not support new tachographs.
HCV5 and HCV5-Lite support VDO DTCO 4.1, Stoneridge SE5000-8.1, and EFAS 5 from release 00.06.41.xx already.
HCV5 and HCV5-Lite support G2V2 driver card download from above mentioned G2V2 tachographs since release 00.06.46.xx already
