Explanation:
In this mode, a changeover relay is used to disable the engine starter. The relay is connected to the DOUT, with Blocking configured. When the DOUT is active, the engine starter remains disabled until the driver is registered with an authorized identifier.
Guidelines:
1. Activate DOUT as “Blocking”
2. Enable the associated IO as event “On Change” and “High” priority
