“Configuration sending error!” message in Advanced Configurator

When connecting a device via serial USB to the Advanced Configurator to edit a configuration file (CFG/script), upload the changes by pressing Send CFG. If any element is missing or corrupted, an error may appear—for example: Configuration sending error!

Configuration sending error!:

Explanation:

The error “Configuration sending error!” appears when there is a problem with the configuration file you are attempting to upload to the device. In most cases, this issue is related to the configuration password.

If the configuration password has been forgotten, the error will persist and you will not be able to reconfigure the device through the Advanced Configurator.

Guidelines:

To unblock the device and enable reconfiguration, you will need to request assistance from one of our technical support agents. They will validate the IMEI origin and provide possible solutions.
