Sometimes the downloaded report is empty—here are the causes and what to check in such cases.
This report is generated based on the driver received from Kline. Data in the report is calculated based on received driver states. If the DDD file is available, then the report prioritizes the DDD file - times are calculated from the file data.
When the file may be empty:
For driver identification, another method (Ibutton or manual assignment) is used, not the Kline data.
The downloaded file is not fully open. The report is available only in Excel version - .xlsx. To see the report data, you need to press "Enable editing"
Also, the file will be empty if the driver is not available (not assigned to any object). You will see the driver in the driver's list, but he is not assigned to any vehicle and has not been detected anymore:
The data will update automatically once a driver is assigned to any object.
