How to solve stuck Tacho App issues?

Description:

You may get inquiries from Clients about why the Tacho app is stuck after 24/48 hours of working, and it works again after a restart. Steps how to solve this issue are described below.

Required information:

Client's current Tacho app version

Steps:

If you/Client see this exclamation mark in the Tacho app:

it means that there is "No connection to the server".

In this case, these actions should be performed:

1 - Client should fully restart the rack of cards.

2 - Client should fully restart the computer.

3 - Client should update the Tacho app to the newest version and delete the old one. The current version is displayed at the bottom left corner of the window:

4 - After the update, Client should again add Clients, Cards, and Assignments to his Tacho app. Here are the instructions on how to do it: How to transfer clients, cards and assignments to the Tacho app

5 - Client should check the Tacho app settings by following this instruction: Tachograph app configuration

NOTE: These described actions should solve the issue. If it does not help, it can be a Bug but the situation should be double-checked.
